Copper CRM selects Ripe to drive smarter, data-powered customer success workflows
We’re excited to announce that Copper, the only CRM that’s a Recommended for Google Workspace app, has selected Ripe to power their next phase of growth.
By leveraging Ripe, Copper can now connect real-time product usage with account-level insights to trigger dynamic CS workflows, generate predictive health scores, and engage the right users at the right time — in the product, via Slack, or through their CRM.
